Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization. Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation, submission, and tracking of license applications and renewals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of licenses, certifications, and related documentation. Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines for renewals and regulatory filings. Request, review, and manage certificates of insurance to ensure they meet organizational and regulatory requirements. Maintain a detailed record of insurance certificates and their expiration dates. Communicate with insurance providers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues. Assist in obtaining and renewing bonds as required by regulatory or contractual obligations. Maintain detailed records of bond agreements, expiration dates, and renewal requirements. Coordinate with relevant teams or external partners to ensure timely bond procurement and renewal. Organize and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all licensing, insurance, and bond-related documents. Generate reports on the status of licenses, insurance, and bonds as needed. Support audits and inspections by preparing and providing required documentation. Liaise with regulatory agencies, insurers, and bonding companies to ensure compliance with all requirements. Notify internal stakeholders of upcoming expirations or changes in licensing, insurance, or bond requirements. Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to licensing, certificates of insurance, and bonds. Schedule and coordinate team meetings, including preparation of agendas and documentation. Assist in drafting correspondence and communications related to licensing, insurance, and bonds. Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office organization. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles; experience in licensing, insurance, or compliance is preferred. Familiarity with certificates of insurance, bond requirements, and licensing processes is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
