Our client, an investment firm in NYC, is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The hours are 8:30am - 6pm five days in their Meatpacking District office.

Responsibilities:

Manage Outlooks calendars for a teamCreate and edit presentations and documentsCoordinate internal and external meetings, catering and schedulingUse Concur to process expense reportsBook travel itineraries including cars, hotels, and flightsHandle mail and phone linesServe as back up support for the Office Manager/ReceptionistTrack payments, wires, client contacts and inventoryTrack team PTO and ad hoc duties when necessary

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required8+ years of experience supporting senior executivesNY State NotarySkilled in Microsoft SuiteGreat time management and organizational skills

Compensation/Benefits:
