We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for someone in school or with other commitments, who enjoys supporting a dynamic office environment with a variety of tasks. You will play an essential role in helping our office run smoothly by handling administrative responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Print checks and invoices as needed.
+ Organize and file paperwork systematically.
+ Assist with general office tasks, such as scanning, copying, and sorting documents.
+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
