Administrative Assistant

Summary: Seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Management Team with office tasks, quality control, and engineering documentation.

Job Requirements:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in managing databases, filing systems, and ERP systems

Competency in creating correspondence, reports, and maintaining detailed records

Knowledge of quality control practices and engineering documentation processes

Ability to operate office machines such as scanners and plotters

Proficient in MS Office and other office productivity software

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

2-year Associate's degree in Business or similar field

Experience with Quality Assurance programs (e.g., ASME NQA-1, ISO-9001)

General knowledge of assembly shop & manufacturing activities/environment

Job Responsibilities:

Organize and schedule meetings for administrators and engineering teams

Greet office visitors and direct them to appropriate departments

Compose, prepare, and review documents, reports, and engineering drawings

Manage calendars, sort mail, and process quality control documentation

Handle project documentation, correspondence, and maintain engineering records

Perform data entry for reports, engineering/design items, and quality checks

Coordinate the reproduction of engineering drawings and enter data into the ERP system

Reconcile labels, inserts, and boxes according to regulatory compliance

Provide clerical support and general office coordination across multiple departments

Pay: 40000-45000

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
