Triage email Inbox, addresses dead emails, forwards questions to technical support or CPMAnswer phones and greet visitorsSchedule appointments and maintain calendarsSchedule and coordinate meetingsCollate and distribute mailPrepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondenceWrite and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documentsCreate and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalSkills and Qualifications:Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office management systems and software, such as MS Office.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Essential SkillsHigh School DiplomaExcellent customer service in face-to-face, telephone, or electronic interaction with clients or co-workers.Good language and communication skills.Strong computer skills required.Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and must possess strong Excel skills.Comfortable with software installation and troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh attention to detail is a mustAble to work in a professional office environment as a team player.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
