Responsibilities Provide overall administrative support to the Project ManageSetting meetings for project engineers/superintendents and subs to review comments and push for/facilitate resubmission and approvalAssist with management and organization of SharePoint folders for changes, procurementAct as badging and access officerMaintain office suppliesPreparing expense reports in electronic systemPreparing correspondence and presentationsOther duties as assigned QualificationsKEY COMPETENCIES

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
High School Diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.Requires 1-3 years of experience in the field or related area.Or equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
1 – 3 years experience as an administrative support professionalSome knowledge of commercial/institutional construction projectsKnowledge of P6 a plusExcellent capabilities in Microsoft Excel and Word are requiredStrong technical capability, understanding construction criticalStrong time managementStrong organizational skillsStrong attention to detailSalary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For Massachusetts, this ranges from $61,000 - $76,400 plus benefits and retirement program.
