Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our Title Services team in our Schaumburg Location. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Log title orders and opens title files. + Coordinate new order process with remote team. + Answer department phones. + Responds to customer service inquiries. + Arrange pick-up and delivery of closing packages and documents. + Fax, print, copy and mail documents. + Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Manager. Requirements + Skilled administrative professional + Strong writing, editing and grammar skills + Excellent technology and computer skills + Solutions oriented + Flexible and adaptable + Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities + Excellent judgment and initiative + Ability to work with confidential information and data Education and/or Experience + A bachelor degree or at least 1-2 years of administrative experience. + Prior experience at a title insurance company or Real Estate brokerage preferred.
