Pay Rate: $35 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant for a contract of 4 to 6 weeks with possibility to extend. The office is located in Downtown Toronto.

The Admin plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to one or more Managers and their direct reports. This position encompasses a variety of tasks including financial and human resources administration, event planning, and professional support services

Job Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of department events. Provide senior-level administrative and operational support within a large, diverse team, including senior executives. Utilize systems and tools to manage information effectively, including customized exception reports and tracking reports. Integrate information from multiple sources to facilitate efficient processes, analysis, and reporting. Contribute input to the planning and implementation of administrative programs. Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Gather, format, and present data in regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. Coordinate and monitor budgets, reporting on results versus budgetary targets.
Must Have Skills: 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative/professional support roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility. Post-secondary degree in a related field of study. Specialized knowledge acquired through education and/or business experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
