•We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team at our insurance office. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional face- to-face customer service and assist customers with their total loss paperwork. Key responsibilities include:

Working with customers on their total loss paperworkObtaining necessary documents from customersHandling paymentsEntering information into the claims systemPrinting, faxing, and mailing (both outgoing and incoming)Ordering supplies, filing, and organizingCompleting tasks from the internal system/queue, such as creating FedEx labels, mailing, and faxing
