**Summary:**
The Administrative Assistant for Cyber Security Risk Management (CSRM) provides primary administrative support to the SVP and Chief Digital Information Officer. Schedules appointments, coordinates travel arrangements, answers phones, prepares signature documents, and other clerical duties as needed. Also supports the department needs and goals with projects as assigned.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate individuals.
+ Route incoming and outgoing mail.
+ Organize and maintain file systems, and file correspondence and other records. General clerical duties such as printing, copying, and scanning.
+ Set appointments and coordinate daily schedules. Participate in meeting preparation and execution as needed. Greet guests and escort them to the proper location.
+ Coordinate all travel arrangements.
+ Prepare department documents including but not limited to, signature documents, monthly exception reports for department team members, and expense reports.
+ Prepare, review, and send routine correspondence.
**Qualifications:**
+ Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
+ Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
+ Required Experience: Minimum of one year of experience providing administrative support
+ Computer Skills Required: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
