Our client, a well-known global investment firm, located near Rockefeller Center, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant. The role would start ASAP and last until the end of February, requiring 5 days in the office. The hours are from 9am-5pm with overtime as needed. This role pays up to $47/hr and is a great opportunity for a strong administrator looking to be a part of a collaborative administrative team to a well-known office.

Responsibilities:

Booking TravelSubmitting expenses through ConcurManaging calendarsOverseeing conference room bookings and general up keepAd hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:
