We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This key role supports daily office operations, with a focus on receiving, billing/invoicing, and organizing administrative schedules, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities Receive and process inbound steel shipments along with material test reports, ensuring accurate import into the systemWork within the ERP system to manage data, monitor operational tasks, and ensure seamless workflowReview billing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, along with finalizing billing for each days operationAssist with operational administration, including reporting, maintenance scheduling, and other tasks as needed by the operations teamWork closely with internal teams to resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and client concernsMaintain organized records of all billing transactions and correspondencePerform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailMaintain organized filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and recordsAssist with office management tasks, including inventory control, billing, and ordering suppliesUtilize computer software to perform various administrative tasks, ensuring data is accurately recorded and maintainedCollaborate with team members to improve office processes, enhance productivity, and drive efficiencyManage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure smooth office operationsProvide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients in a professional and timely mannerProofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors to ensure high-quality outputJoin our team as an Administrative Assistant where your contributions will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow within a supportive work environment!
