We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and support project planning and coordination. ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones and assist foot traffic in the office, including signing packages and directing people.Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects.Provide support to customers.Transfer and set up Microsoft and Power BI programs.Transfer data from old systems to new systems.Essential SkillsExcellent technical skills with Microsoft Office.Experience transitioning data from other platforms.Strong professionalism.Experience working with several Microsoft programs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in construction or industrial offices.Previous project work experience.Ability to connect with different personalities and handle diverse tasks.Work Environment
This role is based in an office setting with the flexibility to work from home as needed. We offer a competitive pay structure and opportunities for growth within the office team or project management. Our work environment is supportive and understanding of personal schedules and life events.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50
