JOB SUMMARY: \nThe Administrative Assistant provides departmental administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling requests for information, receiving visitors, preparing travel schedules, arranging calls and scheduling meetings. This role will support HR and Plant Leadership.\n\nYOUR IMPACT:\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.\n•\tManage and coordinate the schedules and appointments of the department.\n•\tCoordinate travel domestically and internationally, as needed which includes assisting with passports and visas.\n•\tHandle communications, take calls and messages, arrange conference calls.\n•\tCoordinate and schedule meetings, including on-site and off-site, conferences, presentations, and celebrations.\n•\tAssist with preparing presentations, which may include research and compiling data.\n•\tCompile and prepare reports as required, ensuring due dates are met.\n•\tAssist with coordination of company/customer/dealer visits and tours.\n•\tAssist with submitting requisitions and processing invoice.\n•\tAssist with weekly payroll processing.\n•\tSupport employee engagement events such as all hands meetings, company picnics, open houses, etc.\n•\tHandle all miscellaneous administrative duties, which includes but not limited to, maintenance of paper and electronic files, distribution of mail and communications, ordering supplies, printer maintenance, processing invoices, maintaining files, etc.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: \n•\tHigh School Diploma or GED.\n•\tThree (3) or more years administrative support experience.\n\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:\n•\tProficient with the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.\n•\tAbility to work independently with minimal supervision. High degree of initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills.\n•\tExcellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.\n•\tAbility to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually.\n•\tAbility to manage confidential data.\n•\tExperience with timekeeping systems and ability to process payroll accurately and timely.\n•\tAbility to problem solve and develop continuous improvement solutions to better serve team members.\n•\tPrevious experience working in a manufacturing environment.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
