Responsibilities
Handling of day-to-day administrative tasks within the Legal and Compliance team, such as incoming and outgoing mail, electronic & paper filing, scanning of documentsPreparation & review of documents and presentations, compiling required data as the case may beFiling documents with the Luxembourg trade register, financial supervisory authority and any other Luxembourg governmental bodiesReview and approval of service providers’ invoices and team expensesTeam travel organizationCoordination of all necessary arrangements for the organization of meetingsProcess legal documents including treating the documents and obtaining the relevant signatures and legalization process of these documentsEnsure our global website is updated with the latest legal documentation availableArchiving of legal documentation.Job Specification
Be highly organized, efficient and professional and be able to work to deadlinesHave a high level of computer skills and in particular have a good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, ExcelAble to work with a minimum of supervisionStrong sense of professional responsibility (rigor, attention to detail, discretion)Problem solving skills and attention to detailBe fluent in French and English is mandatory (written and spoken) as the candidate will have to communicate with contact persons based in different countriesRelevant Work experience: 2-3 years
