Should be proficient in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings. Supports the business by proactively managing projects and enabling other team members to do their jobs.
Job Qualifications
The individual must understand the business and priorities of the manager(s), anticipate needs/issues for timely action and/or quick resolution, multiple fluent deadlines.Strong Collaborator, with a proven ability to work effectively and professionally with people across technical functions, departments – globally, internally and externally.Well organized - must be able to manage manager needs proactively, effectively manage calendars, travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, Purchase Orders.Agility & flexibility to manage multiple priorities, flow to work.Must have ability to be agile, open to meet sudden high-priority requests from management and balance these tasks in conjunction with daily activities.Ability to work well managing multi-tasks with frequent changing priorities.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
