Kimley-Horn, one of FORTUNE Magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Twin Cities South office! This part-time office based role provides proactive, detail-oriented, administrative, project production, and receptionist support to an office of project managers, engineers, and other staff. 

 

This opportunity is located at 14800 Galaxie Avenue, Suite 200, Apple Valley, MN 55124 and will support the office for ~32 hours/week.

Responsibilities Assist with word processing including revising client proposals and fee estimates, scope of services, forms, progress reports, and other project documentsAssist with producing plans, project manuals, and reports This can consist of copying, printing, binding, filing, and scanning documentsCompile meeting agendas, minutes, and other miscellaneous documentsProactively manage Outlook calendars (meetings/call scheduling)Book travel arrangements and manage expense reportsSupport the office’s monthly invoicing activitiesPartner with other administrative staff firm leadersManage reception activities, including answer/direct phone calls, send/receive packages, and greeting visitors Order supplies as needed for office and teamsMaintain and upkeep production rooms, supply rooms, and common areasAssist with event planning and coordinationRun occasional work-related errands Qualifications 3+ years in a corporate/professional environment in an Administrative roleStrong verbal and written communication skills (grammar/proofreading)Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; highly proficient in Excel, Word, and OutlookProfessional, organized, client-oriented, and deadline drivenAble to anticipate needs and manage multiple competing prioritiesPositive team player with commitment to qualitySelf-starter who can thrive in an environment where leaders often travel off site serving clientsContract management and billing experience preferredGraphics and PowerPoint skills preferredProven ability to maintain confidentiality.

Hourly Range - $26-28/hour
