Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Austin, Texas. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be a key player in facilitating smooth office operations. Your role will involve various tasks from managing customer relationships, coordinating schedules, to inventory management.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to all inquiries.
• Utilize CRM systems for managing and updating customer data, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the team, using tools such as Google Calendar.
• Help with inventory control and ensure office supplies are always available.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and communication.
• Process customer quotes and perform administrative tasks as required.
• Assist with package pickups and deliveries.
• Contribute to website content updates and the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and product descriptions. Requirements • Must be proficient in answering inbound calls, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients
• Should have experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with email correspondence, able to draft and respond to emails in a timely manner
• Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing communications effectively
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and editing spreadsheets
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, able to manage emails, calendar, contacts, and tasks
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create and modify presentations
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, able to draft, edit and format documents
