Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining efficient office operations through a variety of tasks, from handling incoming calls to managing office schedules. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring top-notch customer service at all times.
• Efficiently manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to process customer applications and maintain records.
• Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Utilize cloud-based storage systems like SharePoint for record keeping and data management.
• Coordinate appointments and manage office schedules.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Use Adobe applications for various administrative tasks.
• Manage and log into various credit card accounts for business purposes.
Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
• Proven experience in data entry, with an emphasis on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled in handling email correspondence, ensuring prompt and meticulous communications.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing the ability to manage multiple lines of communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, including managing emails, calendars, and contacts.
• Competency in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create, edit, and present slideshows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
• Ability to schedule appointments, including coordinating schedules and managing time effectively.
