Administrative Assistant
Calling all administrative professionals! Our Art/Creative Department is looking for an Administrative Assistant to oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions for assigned projects and processes. Work in a creative and collaborative environment as you support our Directors and unique Department! 

Who you are: An analytical thinker with exceptional research skills A dedicated professional who demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, flexibility, reliability, and accountabilityA self-motivated problem solver A relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills  An open-minded team-player who takes constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively and individually toward the bigger pictureA self-motivated initiative-taker Highly skilled time management, multi-tasking and attention to detail What you will do:Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, peers, and cross-functional teams to coordinate schedules and keep Directors on track for meetings and eventsEnsure Directors are up to date, organized, and prepared with all information needed to kickoff, track progress of, and meet objectives for projects, processes, and eventsAssist in meeting, special event, and project planning preparation, organization, and executionGather, track, record, organize, and share information and assets with strong attention to detailConduct research, complete projects, and prepare reports and files in a timely mannerLearn new techniques, tools, and technology as requiredAnticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they ariseConsistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlinesSeek and maintain excellent working relationships across the Department and CompanyEducation and Experience:Experience or qualifications in related field with demonstrated project management skillsProficient with Mac and Microsoft Office If you’re interested, please submit the required resume and cover letter.
