Administrative Assistant
Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Telecom Services industry, based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As an Administrative Assistant, your main role will be to manage documentation, work efficiently within Microsoft Word and Excel, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and format documents • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer credit records • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service • Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments effectively • Conduct tests and follow direction tests as part of the administrative tasks • Execute detailed scanning of documents, verifying legibility, and ensuring correct archiving and cataloging • Creation and management of spreadsheets from various logs, including cell formatting and formula creation • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action based on the account status • Utilize Microsoft software including Outlook and PowerPoint effectively as needed • Stand and move for the majority of the workday, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with a strong emphasis on customer service • Experience in data entry and the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and promptly • Demonstrated ability to manage email correspondence efficiently and with a detail-oriented approach • Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex functions and analyses • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, including managing calendars and coordinating schedules • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging and detail-oriented presentations • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, including formatting, editing, and creating documents • Experience in scheduling appointments, with a focus on organization and time-management • Ability to perform scanning tasks, ensuring all documents are correctly digitized and filed.
