Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff while providing vital administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk: Greet and assist visitors, manage check-ins, and maintain a professional reception area. Communication: Respond to general inquiries Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative, assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, reconcile expense reports, managing conference room calendars, catering ordering for external meetings; manage conference room set up/clean-up & supplies Office Coordination: Maintain office & kitchen supplies; coordinate service requests and ensure office equipment is operational. General housekeeping of main entrance area & break room. Assist with making coffee throughout the morning and restocking beverages; load/unload dishwasher. Mail and Package Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare outgoing correspondence. (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) Event Assistance: Support internal events and meetings by preparing materials and coordinating logistics. Special Projects: Provide support for special administrative projects and tasks as needed.
