Job Description:
Perform daily administrative and support tasks across sales and marketing to ensure the department delivers on its objectives. Support the sales & marketing manager in organizing various projects including marketing campaigns, partner support, sales quotes, customer and partner communication, and events such as trade shows. The role will be monitored/measured by the achievement of objectives including but not limited to on-time delivery of duties, customer/partner satisfaction, and other metrics as defined by the sales manager.
Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain mass marketing email list of all internal customers and contacts.Prepare quotes and provide bulk pricing for customer requests.Prepare flyers promoting internal products to be emailed to customers.Prepare brochures and catalogs of internal products for trade shows.Prepare New Product Announcements for emailing to current/former customers.Assist in maintaining existing relationships with OEM customers and distributors.Complete customer spreadsheet templates with all company product information.Prepare sales reports of individual customers and individual products.Perform all digital marketing and SEO requirements including LinkedIn, Zoho, Google Ads Words, email blasts, and company website.Make all trade show arrangements including sign up, reserve booth, hotel and flight reservations, and arrange shipping of required materials.Assist with the booth design for all trade shows.Gather data on sales projects, marketing campaigns, and sales quotes from customers to measure their success or effectiveness.Essential Skills:Bachelor’s Degree & 4 years of administrative experience ideally in sales support, or no degree and 6 years of experiencePrevious marketing experience from a manufacturing company would be beneficialHigh attention to detail for administrative/repetitive tasks such as ensuring all information is documented within ZohoExperience with marketing analytics to optimize resources and increase marketing outputExperience with Zoho for analysis and potential revamp if neededAbility to complete mundane administrative tasks as well as marketing strategy/analysisFlexible/adaptable personality to pivot focus on new business strategiesAbility to understand target market in a companyPerform all digital marketing tasks including LinkedIn, Zoho, Google Ads Words, email blasts, and company websiteAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Assist in tracking strategic sales plans regularly such as monthly or quarterlyAssist in maintaining customer data information programPrepare sales reports by customer, product, country, and sales growthAssist in analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount ratesAssist in meeting with key customers as required by attending customer meetings and/or preparing reportsUnderstand competitors' pricing for similar productsMaintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendanceWork collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperationRespectfully take direction from the Sales Manager or PresidentWork Environment:
Typical 8-5 pm work environment with the potential for growth opportunities. You will have your own office onsite and work closely with the Sales Manager. You will also communicate with the Designer (outsourced) about once a week on templates for brochures, etc. The company offers a supportive, quiet, and team-oriented environment with a mindset of growing with purpose.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
