Description
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily based in Houston, Texas, and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, your central role will be to ensure smooth communication within the team, handle incoming calls and correspondence, and manage administrative tasks to support our operations.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurate in our databases.
• Manage email correspondence, responding to queries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Conduct both inbound and outbound calls as required, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to execute administrative tasks and manage customer data.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary, coordinating with all involved parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain organized customer credit records, monitoring accounts and taking necessary action when needed.
Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Proven ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior staff members
• Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle office matters with utmost professionalism
