Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Accountancy industry, located in ROCHESTER, New York, 14618-4623, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and organizing and tracking internal projects.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a detail oriented and friendly manner
• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and potential clients
• Input, update, and maintain accurate client data
• Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to keep the office tidy and resources well-organized
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks
• Welcome clients with a personalized and inviting approach
• Participate in the assembly of tax returns when printed
• Assist in the organization of internal projects and their tracking
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the team. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service skills, capable of maintaining a positive, empathetic, and detail-oriented attitude towards customers at all times.
• Proficient in data entry, with an ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Experience in email correspondence, ensuring effective and efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and producing reports.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email management, scheduling, and task organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating impactful presentations.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
