Administrative Assistant
Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our client located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The selected individual will play a critical role in the team by managing customer applications and maintaining precise records. This role also entails addressing customer inquiries, supervising customer accounts, and taking necessary actions. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Manage customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Answer inbound calls and provide top-notch customer service • Perform data entry tasks and manage email correspondence • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Schedule appointments and compose correspondence as required • Utilize Publisher for various tasks • Design and create newsletter articles, run budget reports, write thank you letters, book hotels for meetings, and handle other administrative duties as needed Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and proper telephone etiquette • Experience in providing high-quality customer service in a detail-oriented setting • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency in email correspondence, able to draft, send, and manage detail-oriented emails • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets, charts, and managing data • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, appointments, contacts, and tasks • Ability to create detail-oriented presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint • Proficiency in creating, editing, and formatting documents in Microsoft Word • Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings • Ability to compose detail-oriented correspondence, including memos, letters, and reports • Familiarity with Microsoft Publisher for creating detail-oriented quality designs and layouts Robert Half puts you in the best position to succeed by advocating on your behalf and promoting you to employers.
