Job Description
One of Insight Global's large healthcare clients is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their in-patient department onsite Monday-Friday. This individual will be responsible for all customer service and clerical responsibilities. In this role the Admin. Assistant will be responsible for managing and overseeing Workday-related tasks and processes, AR/AP, and providing support to the Administrative Coordinator in their efforts to assist the department.

Skills and Requirements
-- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare Administrative Coordinator or Administrative Support role
-- Proficient in Workday
-- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, ppt, outlook, word etc.)
-- Comfortable navigating through different web based systems ; i.e. concur for travel, internal CLM (will learn on job) for contracts, ServiceNow for financial payments.
-- Strong verbal and written communication skills -- Bachelor's degree null
