Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Administrative Assistant in Kincardine Pickering, Ontario, you will be part of the proven team in the Field Service & Maintenance Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

Assists managers with daily general office work, answering phones, typing letters, distributing mail, etc.
Creates and edits advanced documents incorporating technical vocabulary, data, graphs, and tables.
Compiles budget information, performs financial tracking, and reconciles expense reports.
Adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
Tracks training log, project files, customer files, and man hours.
Makes complex travel arrangements, schedules meetings and prepares presentation materials.
Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of administrative problems and issues.
Anticipates and/or identify needs and issues within the organization and proactively initiate or facilitate solutions.
