•\tResponsibilities (What tasks will take up the majority of the candidate’s time? What will they be responsible for on their first day?): Candidates will support by managing the desk outside her office, assisting students/alumni/donors with questions regarding the Law school, corresponding via email, managing the Law Office’s d-list email account, proofreading and at times creating content for social medial posts (via LinkedIn and Instagram), and assisting with newsletters. Has information sessions with students, alumni and graduate students, at times requiring Zoom meetings to be scheduled which this candidate will own. Candidates will work within Microsoft Office Suite platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Zoom daily.

o\t1+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant required
o\t4-year degree required
o\tProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Instagram and LinkedIn required
o\tStrong attention to detail required
•\tAbility to apply/interview for perm vacancies (Is there an opportunity for a candidate performing at a high level on contract to transition into a permanent vacancy?): Yes, if the employee does not return from FMLA. The pay range for this position is $19.41 - $25.00/hr.
