Position Summary:
Work directly with the Cam/Property Manager and the HOA Board of Directors to insure the successful operation of the Community. Assist in the essential function of the Cam/Property Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
• Deliver and promote prompt, courteous and outgoing friendly service to all residents, guests, and fellow employees.
• Assist Manager with community compliance issues.
• Review Architectural Control Forms submitted by home owners and attend Architectural Control Committee meetings.
• Register new residents.
• Welcome walk-in residents and ascertain and facilitate their needs.
• Meet with prospective residents.
• Communicate as needed with community members to ensure that their needs are being met.
• Maintain and keep current the HOA website.
• Maintain records of home owners.
• Answers incoming calls, directs to appropriate personnel, takes and delivers messages Customer Service – Manage difficult or challenging customer situations in a caring respectful manner; Respond promptly to member/customer needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve operation; meets commitments.
• Oral Communication- Speaks clearly and effectively with members/customers and employees. Seeks clarification if needed and responds well to questions.
• Teamwork- Balances team and individual responsibilities. Exhibits objectivity and openness to others views. Able to build morale and support everyone’s efforts to succeed.
• Ethics- Treats everyone with respect; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity; Upholds organizational mission and values.
Qualifications:
Must be able to successfully perform the essential job functions, which are representative of the position. Bilingual preferred.
Education/Certificates/Licenses/Training:
High school Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Skills:
Must have the ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations. Needs to show initiative. Must be computer literate. Must demonstrate a desire to grow professionally.
Physical Requirements:
Must be ambulatory, that is, must have the ability to walk, reach, maintain balance, sit, stoop, or kneel. Must be able to carry or lift at least 20 pounds and be able to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Must have sufficient vision to successfully perform the essential job functions.
