Description We are on the lookout for an adept Administrative Assistant to be a part of our team. Situated in San Diego, California, this role revolves around providing top-notch customer service within our industry. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Acting as the primary contact for all incoming students and potential students.
• Keeping abreast of all our products and services to adequately assist each student.
• Assisting students with the logistics of applications, bonds, DBA’s, Corporations, etc.
• Utilizing the Customer Management System (CMS) for the maintenance of student records.
• Tracking student progress using CMS, updating with grades, test dates, appointments, follow-ups, class dates, and other necessary data entries.
• Maintaining constant communication with various departments via e-mail or phone.
• Resolving student concerns, queries, and conflicts, either over the phone or in person.
• Ensuring student satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service.
• Managing office inventory list and ensuring timely ordering of necessary items.
• Regularly reporting transactions, which will include but not limited to certain tasks. Requirements • Experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle client queries efficiently and with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong skills in email correspondence, with the ability to respond promptly and with a detail-oriented approach
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, managing customer needs effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform tasks such as data analysis and reporting
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence, scheduling, and task management
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience in creating detail-oriented presentations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents effectively
