You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love. **In this position...** Serve as Administrative Assistant for the Michigan Assembly Plant, primarily supporting the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager. **What you'll do...** + Maintains Plant Time and Data Management and Plant Manager’s individual schedule to maximize time spent working on plant objectives + Handles all travel and related planning for Plant Manager and assists other members of the Plant Operating Committee as requested + Maintains lease car program for LL6+ employees at the Plant including titling and licensing; Coordination of delivery to the plant + Coordinates plant conference room schedules + Coordinates plant pool car program + Coordinates special events at the plant + Coordinates Company Anniversary Awards + Coordinates the calendar for Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager + Representative for Community Service Events + Sends plant wide communications to the workforce + Maintains Plant Manager’s Open Door Policy documents and follow-up’s as required + Support the Plant Manager in their role as culture change champion + Develop/manage presentations and communications from the Plant Manager to the workforce **You'll have...** + High School Diploma or GED 5+ years’ + Experience with ALL of the following Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal **Even better, you may have...** + 3+ years of administrative experience in a unionized manufacturing facility highly preferred + Michigan Notary Public + Demonstrated time management skills + Able to work different shifts in special circumstances for plant activities You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
