POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for all administrative duties typical in an office environment

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs all duties that an office administrator would typically do: Manages visitors at the main entrance / phone calls into facility Procures office supplies, as needed Manages all internal events Manages external contracts with vendors (i.e. cleaning company, printer maintenance) Manages basic HR topics for HMNA location: Monitors hourly employee time sheets Performs analysis of PTO balances Monitors and tracks employee attendance per company policy Manage production employee uniforms Monitors and facilitates employee trainings Facilitates Healthy You program with all employees Communicates HR topics to all employees Assists in safety in the workplace topics

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma, or education in process to achieve Minimum 2 years related experience in a production setting

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Ability to apply a critical thought process to tasks Ability to work independently, self-starter Exceptional organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and telephone skills. Ability to multitask Team player MS Office Suite SAP experience preferred
