Investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the office for March 25-31. This position will be in office all days. Hours are 9:00am-6pm. Pay rate is up to $22/hr DOE.

Responsibilities:

General Reception duties: Greet guests, answer phones, and direct calls with a pleasant and professional mannerProvide general hospitality services and maintain client-ready reception area, conference rooms and other common areasProvide administrative support to any of the 6 partners in the office mainly with calendar management and schedulingAct as an extra set of hands for assisting with client meetingsManage catering and deliveriesAd hoc projects

Qualifications:
