Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Monroe, NJ
Pay: $22 - $24 an hour
A leading construction company is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to oversee our day-to-day office operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative processes, ensuring efficiency in order processing, paperwork, customer interactions, and inventory management. This position is pivotal in maintaining smooth operations in both our office and showroom environments.
Job Description:
Accurately process and track orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered and managed.Maintain organized records and filing systems for all administrative documents.Call customers to provide updates, answer inquiries, and ensure exceptional service.Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth flow and optimal use of space.Work closely with showroom customers to assist with their orders, from inquiry through to processing and follow-up.Order necessary materials and regularly verify inventory levels to ensure consistent availability.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
2+ years experience with Administrative skills (data entry, customer service, inventory, etc.)Benefits:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.
