Our client, a dynamic company, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team in Ventura, CA. This role involves answering phones, greeting clients, and assisting the sales team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.Utilize Outlook for scheduling and communication tasks.

Requirements:

Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Professional demeanor and appearance.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $17 - $19 per hour.Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
