Administrative Assistant
Maloney Properties, Inc.
We are seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant to support our residential property in downtown Boston, MA. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
· Assisting residents and vendors over the phone and in-person.
· Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
· Processing work orders and coordinating inspections.
· Assisting the Property Manager with leasing and recertifications.
· Performing other administrative duties as needed to support the property.
The work hours are 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate with excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong customer service and communication skills will also be key to success in this role.
· Previous administrative experience in an office setting is required; experience in property management would be a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
· Bilingual English/Cantonese is preferred.
