Coordinate meetings, travel, expense processing and other related tasksCoordinate and order lunch for all meetings as needed, including Kaizen events, Lean Leadership training, customer visits/tours, and any plant-wide employee activitiesCompile daily Production and Foundry reportsOrder all office supplies and various Maintenance Dept. itemsCoordinate all requests and payments for donationsRegister and process employees’ training and certificationsGreet visitors/customers/tour groups and assist the Materials Dept. in hosting themMaintain all Conference room schedules and keep them stocked for useManage and schedule (3) Company pool vehiclesHandle customer relations activities and community interaction as neededFulfill information requests and other inquiries from field personnel and customersManage work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner; provide guidance to peers as necessary regarding proprietary information.Update and maintain all Process Control plans as neededOther duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of two years administrative assistant type duties preferredIntermediate Microsoft Office skills – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with Concur is highly desiredMust have strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customersAbility to prioritize many different tasks at onceAbility to adapt to changes and requests from multiple requestorsAttention to DetailStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-driven and able to function with little supervisionStrong communicator, both orally and writtenExcellent customer service skills, both internal and externalWillingness and ability to interact with all levels in the plant, with portion of time spent on shop floorMust always be professional and confidentialIndependent thinker and adaptableAdditional Details:
Primary work hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be required on an intermittent basis.
