**About this role**
As the Administrative Assistant, you willprovideessential support to the Hospital Administrator by managing minor and routine business details in a highly confidential manner. Your responsibilities include organizing office operations and performing administrative support work that requires a range of work methods and procedures. You must be familiar with the policies, practices, and procedures of the facility to effectively carry out your duties.

**What you bring to the table**
Education
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ College level courses preferred
Experience
+ Five (5) years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, two of which must have been in support of upper management in the private sector or private/public partnerships.
**What you will do**
+ Providesadministrative support bymaintainingfiles, handling correspondence and reports, and completing required paperwork.
+ Serves as a secretary for meetings, including taking minutes and keeping records.
+ Manages mailings and distributions within the facility and community.
+ Handles scheduling and calendar management.
+ Prepares and manages documentation and materials for meetings and tracks staff timesheets.
