Administrative Assistant - Accounts Payable (Part Time)
We are currently seeking a part time Administrative Assistant (~25-30hrs/week) to join our accounting and finance team. This person will primarily be responsible for administrative tasks in support of the finance department and may be assigned other duties as needed.

How you will make an impact as an Accounts Payable Admin:Manage AP mailbox (print invoices, forward emails to AP staff for follow-up as needed)Pull backup for weekly check run for multiple companiesScan and file check packets, credit card backup, and other paperwork utilizing electronic document storage systemOrganize, alphabetize and file incoming invoices, by company, for entering by AP groupOpen and sort mailReach out to vendors for W-9s and assist with 1099 processMailing of weekly check runSkills you need to be successful: Minimum of 1 year experience in office environmentAbility to multi-task/be flexible in a fast-paced and quickly changing environmentMust be self-motivated and extremely organized with high attention to detailAbility to meet deadlines and prioritizeExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with QuickBooks a plus
