In this role the Administrative Assistant/Care Attendant Non Certified will:
Regular updating assistance for resident electronic medical records.Maintain inventory and office supplies, distribution, and keeoing a list of supplies to be ordered.Answer telephones, field calls, and provides assistance as appropriate.Provide technical training and support on various software applications.Support scheduling of care attendants.Complete supervisory visits for care attendants and maintain relaionships with clients.Give assistance to residents in areas of activities, dining services, light housekeeping, and routine activities of daily living.Assist residents with daily activities. Assist with laundry, bed making, light housekeeping and maintains residents’ room in a clean and orderly manner.The ideal candidate will have:
High school graduate or equivalent.Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.Genuine compassion and patience to senior adults. Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel. Easily learns new programs.Compensation Pay Range:
$19.00 - $20.00Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00.
