This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with a mix of work spent in office and working remote from home.

Serve as the focal point for administrative and documentation activities, scope, and budget requirements of assigned projects.Clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying.Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments/rooms and preventing conflicts utilizing Outlook calendar. Order food as needed for meetings.Write and edit procedures, review calculations, and other project-related documents in accordance to Sargent & Lundy's and/or client requirements.Gather the appropriate information to generate reports for the projects you have been assigned.Prepare documents and drawings for transmittal and document storage. This could include, drafting correspondence, data entry, copying and distribution, document tracking, and electronic filing.Coordinate office space needs.Assist with time entry and prepare expense reports for approval.Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; and maintaining equipment inventories.Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies. Qualifications

Requirements:

This position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum three+ years of professional experience.High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and Excel.Understanding of and/or experience with web technologies and content management systems.Knowledge of editing content to include table of contents, hyperlinks, and general content.Knowledge and understanding of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words and grammar.Candidate must be flexible, a collaborator, a self-starter, and open to occasional overtime.

Knowledge and understanding of proofreading symbols and techniques.Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions thoroughly.Demonstrates the ability to read, understand, and communicate information and ideas, both verbally and in writing.Demonstrates the ability to maintain confidentiality.Demonstrates solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Maintains a professional demeanor and has the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
