  The Position Proposition:                                                                                                                                                                     

The Fleet Admin carries out various administrative tasks related to equipment and fleet management across the different Primoris business units. Verifies accuracy of asset transfers. Executes transfers and other processes related to keeping all fleet management data systems accurate and current. Generates and distributes scheduled reports related to sales and rental equipment contracts with various vendors.

Check fleet management system to ensure data is accurate based on forms and emails that have been submitted. On rent dates Off rent dates Communicate with dispatch team to ensure equipment moves are scheduled timely. Process internal forms for equipment management. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

 Educational & Minimum Requirements:                                                                                                                                           Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively. Individual must possess high attention to detail. Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures.
