Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to department head and department in a timely, accurate and complete manner, including but not limited to:
Arrange meetings and appointments with internal and external partiesAssist in preparing presentation materials (e.g. Powerpoint) and report consolidationOversee the maintenance of office premises and equipmentAssist in planning staff engagement activities as requestedMinimum Job Requirements:
University DegreeMinimum 2-3 years relevant experience with 1 year at similar capacityPrior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferredStrong language ability in English and ChineseStrong communication skillsExcellent team playerOthers:
