Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Sprinkler Operations
The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to the Fleet Operations Department.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards administration, organization, reporting, and data management.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Primary duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide complete administrative support services for the Fleet Operations Department. Coordinate vehicle plates and stickers, ensuring they are up to date and compliant with all state and federal regulations. Verify addresses and contact information. Data entry to keep spreadsheets updated based on department. processes and requirements. Scan equipment requests for the branches / departments. Enter & scan inspection updates as needed. Enter equipment moves into FMS database. Update yard equipment report. Create PO’s. Take meeting minutes and distribute them to members of the team. Work with staff from other departments as needed to resolve issues. Greet visitors and applicants at the front lobby and escort them to/from meeting rooms. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and scheduling appointments.Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required. 3+ years of previous administrative experience is required. Previous experience in the construction or fleet industry is a plus. Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results is required.Computer Skills:
