Administrative Assistant for Executive

Corteva Agriscience is currently seeking an **Administrative Assistant supporting the President of North America Commercial** . Under their general supervision, this position is responsible for meeting & event planning, time & calendar management, travel arrangements, invoicing, expense reporting, assisting with other administrative tasks, and fielding various questions. The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities will encompass support for two executives, the President of the North America Commercial Unit, ~80% of time, and the Vice President of a U.S. Commercial Unit, ~20% of time. We are looking for candidates who take initiative, love to learn, work hard, and have excellent communication skills. **What You’ll Do:** + Support and coordinate meetings (Leadership Team, Town Hall, and others), including organization of invites and agendas + Ensure smooth operations and efficient time management for executives by handling complex scheduling and maintaining/updating calendars + Book travel and process travel expense reports + Prepare correspondence, documents, presentations, and invoices + Prepare reports and coordinate campaigns, including safety, ethics, and compliance + Track expenses and be able to provide assistance with Operating and Capital budgets + Serve as focal point for Indianapolis 308-Building, 3rd floor and cross-site N.A. Commercial events + Serve on company committees and teams to provide administrative support + Other tasks as requested **What Skills You Need:** + Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business Administration, office management or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required + 8-10 years' experience as an administrative professional + Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain effective relationships + Demonstrate problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively, think critically, find solutions, and work under pressure + Tech-savvy and power user of Microsoft office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) + Strong communication skills both written and verbal, interacting effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders/customers + Ability to establish trust and credibility within the organization and to maintain and protect confidential information + Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ongoing work + Proficient time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meeting deadlines + Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team + Exposure to project management skills including the development, implementation and management of business projects and procedures + Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and professionalism This position is required to be onsite three (3) days a week (T/W/TH) and can be remote two (2) days a week (M/F).
