D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for anAdministrative Assistant -FS in the Branch Department. The right candidate will provide general administrative assistance to various Executives or Department Heads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform general administrative dutiesPrepare presentations, special reports, memoranda, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.Compose departmental meeting minutesResponsible for sorting departmental mailResponsible for ordering departmental office suppliesMay be responsible for reception and telephone dutiesMay be required to make meeting and travel arrangementsMay be responsible for sorting and coding invoices to be sent to AccountingVarious special projects monthly/quarterly as directed by the Executive or Department HeadConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
