Summary

Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. May include but not limited to answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions.

Job Description

Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, patients/residents, visitors, and/or employees regarding activities conducted at the facility, location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. May schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. May have access or schedule staff vacation within the department. May collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries. May scan and index within facility electronic medical record.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Applicable experience preferred.

Based on facility needs, may require a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
