Job Summary Under limited supervision, operate computers to input data into files and databases. May undertake more complex tasks where necessary. The expected pay rate is $20.00/hr. Your activities Input and reconcile fuel accounting data • Creating and maintaining employee records • Enter work orders and preventative maintenance records in-shop computer • Maintain equipment file folders current • Ensure equipment parts are available for preventative maintenance • Call vendors for proper vehicle parts and pricing • Answer phones and receive parts at shop gate • Report any irregularity in the parts room • Track parts being used on equipment and leaving parts room • Tracks warranty repairs and parts on Swissport equipment • Tracks and invoices third party repairs and maintenance when performed • Code invoicing to proper GL accounts • Track GSE Technicians hours for payroll department and report • Shipping of warranty parts to vendors • Other duties as required from time to time The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
