What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?
Provides administrative support to the operations department Collects and distributes various weekly and monthly reports for Operations Compiles policy & procedure manuals for Operations Keeps up to date policies and procedures in Matrix Maintains up to date reports Communicates visits from outside agencies to Operations Assists with special projects as needed. Coordinates meeting locations and assists with agenda for Operations Coordinates special breakfast and lunches for various meetings. Maintains and communicates schedules of all home office consultants Delivers mail to all Operations staff Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Complies with the facilities privacy practices/procedures and all state/federal privacy laws as outlined by HIPAA related to resident and employee records, to include but not limited to information accessed through any company web-based system and/or electronic medical records. Demonstrates teamwork and prompt and regular attendance to work to ensure that quality care and services are provided to the residents we serve. High School Diploma Three to five years Administrative assistant or clerical experience Ability to use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Ability to use computer, copier, fax machine and calculator Fast keying skills Problem solving skillsAbout American Senior Communities
